We only collect data you provide voluntarily:
Contact form: last name, first name, email, phone, subject and message.
Quote request: the above plus project type, surface, estimated budget and desired timeline.
Newsletter: email address and preferred language.
Magazine comments: name, email address and comment content.
Technical data: IP address and submission date, kept solely for security and anti-spam purposes.
Purposes
This data is used exclusively to answer your request, prepare a quote, manage the commercial relationship and, with your consent, send you our newsletter.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (forms, newsletter) and on the studio's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to it.
Recipients
Your data is processed by the Kodi Design SARL team. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Only our technical providers (hosting, email delivery) may access it strictly within the scope of their assignment.
Retention
- Contact and quote requests: 3 years from the last exchange.
- Newsletter subscribers: until unsubscription.
- Comments: until deletion at your request.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise it, write to contact@kodidesign.com describing your request. We reply within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Forms are protected against spam and request forgery. Administration passwords are stored as hashes. Regular database backups are performed.
